How about chia seeds, flax meal, walnuts or what ever topping & real maple syrup for a splash of sweetness? Put it all in a jar, filling half way & pour in coconut milk & splash of Maple Syrup to the top. Put lid on tight, shakeget liquid mixed and stick it in the frig. chia seeds are high in manganese.
