There’s actually quite a few monuments, memorials and other assorted structures. Both State and Federal that have never been finished for one reason or another.
It’d be nice to see them actually completed. According to what was originally intended. Some of them would have indeed been works of art.
Hell. It’d be nice in general to see more architecture with character and that’s pleasant to look at. And isn’t just a generic Concrete and Glass box because it was decided that was the cheapest and easiest to flip and repurpose.
