I think we all accept it probably started around 1963 after Kennedy

But the deltas prove extraordinary near lottery winning accuracy of things. Time and time again.

Q is 'bigger than we can imagine'...hints of God, supernatural intelligence; the common material between Matthew and Luke is known as the Q-Source-AKA The Sayings Gospel of Jesus.

the Q-Source also suggests otherwordly communication since there is 'no physical copy'

it's also about the DNA; perhaps we are receivers like the Voice of Q song suggests...
