U.S. District Judge Stephen McGlynn is holding off on enforcing his ruling for 30 days to allow Illinois leaders time to appeal.

Most of their "common sense gun laws" are the opposite of common sense and are unconstitutional as well.

It will be great to see these laws removed as such.
