Isn’t it CA that’s always looking for federal handouts for forest fires, mud slides, earthquakes, droughts, etc?? Block DJT initiatives at your own peril, moron. Next time that tsunami wipes out some toni beachfront homes or your roof collapses on your head when the ground starts shaking, don’t come hat in hand to DC looking for taxpayer money.
