4,000 seems like a lot, when we are trying to downsize. The CDC, FDA, NIH are doing nothing to protect the populous and they are being paid by lobbyists and Big Pharma to fast track and push untested drugs. Likewise the Dept. of Agriculture is trying to shut down little farmers in favor of Big Agra, and GMO produced grains and vegetables laden with harmful fertilizers.
