Apparently geared with sensors and surveillance equipment.
Though I have heard people have allegedly spotted some versions apparently armed with what appear to be rifles. Haven’t seen any photos surface though so take it with a grain of salt.
Typically spotted at night. Though it might be a case of distance and people’s unfamiliarity with them giving the impression of firearms. When it’s really some surveillance equipment. Or something else mounted on the dog.
Though MARSOC and I believe the Army were supposed to be trialing Robo Dogs with mounted weapons systems.
Armed robots exist. Whether they're deployed or not, and how, is the only question.
