I have had some friends come around. Only one that was a never trumpet. I just stopped talking about Trump. I started to only discuss policies and what we wanted for the country. When enough was built up, I said “Okay, so we agree on these things and this direction. This is how we think we can get there. Who can we vote for that has the same goals.” When the realization happens it’s weird. Mostly because their demonized person is on their side. Fighting for the same things.
