That tweet is going off the Decision Desk which is still just projections. Those races are not over yet. According to the AP, there are still 9 Rep leaning seats still to call. They are still counting. WA 4 you can mark Rep because both candidates are Reps - but the other 8 are still not done. Remember, even the AP is projection - they are not official. The fat lady has not taken the stage just yet. AP House projections
