I just had to look up what this was. I still don't understand what he means by this. Does it has to do with all the poison in our foods. Melatonin? Will we sleep better or something. Or is he being snarky about waking people up ?

It is about the Flouride in the water. I thought maybe it was an urban legend or new age woowoo, but no, this is scientifically true - Flouride calcifies the Pineal Gland, which is the source of our spiritual feelings!!!
