An apple used to have up to 20 mg of boron. Now it has almost none. You can't eat it like ice cream. You only take about a teaspoon over a months time to start out and build up to no more than a 1/4 teaspoon per day. I could not find any sauce on Mengele and Borax. Can you post your sources?
