The former president lost big on Nov. 5. But he doesn’t seem interested in leaving D.C., or American politics.

This article gives Obama way too much credit as if he’s giving orders not taking them. Didn’t even mention the swimming chef.

It's not as much Obama as the Obama shadow political apparatus in Washington. Even if Obama is taking orders, I don't underestimate the shadow government to give up without a fight.
