I still cannot wrap my mind around how the government can get to the penny.. years ago I was mailed a penny check from overpaying. I have it somewhere still. I want to frame it.

Yet they claim voting is to difficult to do exact.

I understand the deception, what I can not wrap my mind around is people actually believe it.
