I agree but at the same time, there are quite a few "people" (and I use that term loosely) who truly don't deserve to live.

Since We The People don't really seem to have the stones to exterminate roaches, what's the alternative?

I will say that it seems the death penalty appears to have virtually limitless appeals, so I feel somewhat secure in believing that it is a fair enough process.

But then I could absolutely be wrong......
