If we have learned anything, it's that every single one of us is a broken person, and has been some variety of massive loser at some point in life. It makes no difference to me how slow or how fast someone takes in finding their footing and finding their way, just as long as they do...

We cannot be fake with regard to "wanting people to wake up". We cannot say "wake up!" and then punch them in the throat as soon as they do. Wait and see how effective he is, then pass your judgment.

Slickness, or lack of it, has zero to do with anything. Too often, people who know how to communicate get called this, and it's a real shame.
