I’d give it a few months of Agency mergers. As Areas of Responsibility are clearly defined. And Overlapping authority is nixed.

Followed by determining what Agencies actually need to exist. And if so what their role should be. IE needing to directly handle matters. Or if they’ll serve in an advisory role to state/territorial agencies and facilitate cooperation between them.
