Interesting JH. So if there is no money to run the government there is no reason for Congress to go to the Capitol. It would be nice for the government to be shut down for a month. That would save 1/12 of the budget, huh? Naw it's nice to speculate but never under estimate the deviousness of a Congresscritter. They are a very hard species to get rid of.
