So if your machines suffer damage, Bill Gates can be held liable. Especially if you did not sign a TOS to be upgraded against your will.

End of servicing for W10 per Microsoft: 10-14-2025

As for W11, you can either refuse the update, or you won't see it in Windows Update because your PC isn't compatible with W11 requirements.
