90% of the generals are gonna be fired or retired. No great loss as long as there are no conflicts on the horizon which involve Americans. But we can backfill positions with great leaders from the ranks. Folks like R. Lee Ermy would make great Generals. Promote them from Sgt. Major to one Star General just on ablility alone!
