They must be locked up: for each individual denied their rights, locked in prison, that is the number of years each judge must serve in prison for their biased, political ruling. Confiscate their homes, cars, bank accounts, 401K, stock investments, etc. and distribute the proceeds to those they falsely incarcerated. The only way other judges and attorneys will learn is if they are financially destitute for their actions and suffer the same fate as those they incarcerated.
