Or.... On day one he signed the "Thousand Talents Progam" Importing thousands of Chinese students into schools , colleges and Department of Energy Labs. WTF Bro? Confuscious Institute included. They worked in the worlds finest Labs including the Oakridge facility housing the worlds most secretive super computer technologies ! Hang his ass now !
