Who reported her to HR and for what? If she left this cake in plain view in the office, that’s quite obnoxious but she shouldn’t be rewarded with extra attention and she certainly shouldn’t be rewarded with some HR situation that deteriorates into her winning some crazy commie lawsuit for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
