I saw mounds of evidence. Seen soo many irregularities. 2000 Mules etc...I usually have an answer for most topics, but is stumped on this one. Can any of you patriots answer this question?...Why didn't the courts take on the lawsuits if there is was soo much evidence?...There were quite a bit of Trump appointed judges that rejected the lawsuits...WHY!???

The RNC could not legal challenge elections due to some stupid court settlement they made to stab us in the back years ago.
Time is now up on that.
time was up prior to 2020...
edit: did not see u/Rotor's comment, but look at it now.
Per CHat GPT. Question: Did the republican party enter into a deal or court case to agree not to challenge elections for a period of time? ChatGPT said:
ChatGPT Yes, the Republican Party was under a legal agreement, known as a consent decree, that restricted its ability to challenge election processes. This agreement originated in 1982, as part of a settlement in a lawsuit brought by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) against the Republican National Committee (RNC). The lawsuit alleged that the RNC had engaged in voter intimidation and suppression tactics, particularly targeting minority communities.
The consent decree:
Prohibited the RNC from engaging in certain activities, such as ballot security operations that could intimidate voters. Required the RNC to obtain court approval before conducting programs aimed at preventing voter fraud. The decree was periodically reviewed and extended by the courts over the years. In 2018, a federal judge allowed the decree to expire, concluding that the RNC had complied with its terms long enough to warrant its termination. This decision lifted the restrictions on the RNC's election-related activities.
The case related to the Republican National Committee (RNC) consent decree was Civil Action No. 81-3876 (D.N.J.), filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. It was part of a lawsuit initiated by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in 1981, which led to the consent decree being established in 1982.
The case's formal name was Democratic National Committee v. Republican National Committee. This decree remained in effect until it was lifted in 2018 by Judge John Michael Vazquez, marking the end of the decades-long restrictions.
Interesting ,I thought it ended after 2020 or so.
Ended in 2018. That along with all we know now gives me hope. White hats let them do their thing as we collected all the data. Trump even provoked ( forced ) them with the declass carrot. In the years to come their bs will dissipate. End game is ours.
