Either way, it’s a losing proposition - they’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. Not certifying implies some kind of irregularities i.e. fraud. Going down that path opens up a whole lot of can of worms for them all the way back to 2020, even. Effectively boomeranging themselves 😵🪃
