yeah looks like it was removed as was jumping the gun, adjourned means the corrupt judge is going to try and bring it back after Trump leaves office. But since he is a openly corrupt judge with blatant conflict of interest, hopefully he gets charged for his crimes first and the case is then thrown out after that.
