He may know the doctor side but the Medicaid/Medicare capitations and reimbursements would be way out of his range in my opinion. Hope he has some super patient advocates on his team and not all insurance advocates. It will take HUGE changes to come up with solutions to the nightmare of the ACA also known as Obamacare.
