Insurance is at the root of or broken HC system.

It causes high prices, and breeds corruption.

Fix insurance, solve much of the problem.

I agree..in times past if you needed an operation you could afford to pay for it, doctors made house calls and doctors really healed people with proactive medications: sunshine, exercise, healthy diet and restful sleep...
