54,000 People Singing Happy Birthday To A Wonderful Women
Tears of Joy
I posted this for several reasons. The most important is that I feel like this is a perfect picture of a nation coming together. People of all colors and stripes, backgrounds, ages, and differences. Everyone wants to experience joy and happiness and FEEL GOOD.
After all, this is what we are fighting for. We need wholesale changes in the government and our society to get back to being a God Loving, Patriotic, Celebratory Nation.
TOGETHER, WE CAN DO ANYTHING!

I have new respect for Deion Sanders. Back when I was a rabid football fan, I didnβt like all of his showboating. Very talented, though. If I remember right, he also played baseball.
He has been quite the brash showboater over the years. Part of it was having extreme talent and maybe a youthful attitude about how to behave. He did play both sports professionally.
When I saw this particular video it just kind of grabbed me inside. It seems like a bit of a dichotomy to have these two on stage together. On the outside, they would appear to be very different people. Deion's affection and chivalry for Miss Peggy said so much about his character to me. It looked like he brought his grandma out with him. Such affection and care. The feeling seemed mutual.
Exactly. I feelthe same way. Truly a beautiful time to be alive. Thank You, God!
He showboated but he backed it up. Before him cornerback was an unheralded position. If you did your job you wouldnβt get mentioned on air, only mentioned when your receiver catches a ball. So he created that persona to bring attention to the position.
His hop strut was the most famous dance in football until the Donald won that too.
The think I like about sanders is, the media always goes after him telling him what he canβt do then he does it. Look at how quickly he turned Colorado around. Even Feinbaum on college game day had to eat his words. He delivered in SanFran. Delivered defensively and special teams for the cowboys. Brought excitement to Atlanta football. Got Colorado excited about college football again.
Heβs a showman. Let him cook.
Agreed!
