There is only so much Trump could control. People WANTED a vaccine. People WANTED treatment. Trump did what he could, but there was so much he could do against the FAKE NEWS MEDIA, Big Pharma, etc.

This is the best video I have seen that at least partially explains why Trump did what he did when it comes to COVID.

I understand that, but the people didn’t demand hospital bonuses for each death, or even know or believe hospitals were getting paid per covid death.
