Don't pin it on Obama. Pin it on Fauci. Obama had a moratorium on this research, and Fauci, Barrick, Daszac and others found a creative legal loophole to continue the research despite the moratorium

There are plenty of other crimes to pin on Obama, but this isn't one of them.
