Not only do they have the technology to make a hurricane, they could stop a hurricane now.

Think of the applications. Make it rain a certain amount to help the farmers' crops. Keep it dry while they harvest, etc.

They may have skipped assistance to MAGA homes, but they probably collected any children whether they come from a Republican or Democrat home.
