I am no expert on the leaders around the world or nato - I know a lot are deep state, but in my opinion none with the means to push the button are in a hurry to do it. That is not to say that the US under the current regime might not push it for them, but I believe the white hats are in control and this wont happen. Just my opinion and you know what they say about those!
