Somebody (Andrew Feinberg of The Independent) saw Vance's entourage leaving Mar-a-Lago which included secret service vehicles and two ambulances. He jumped to the conclusion that somebody had a medical emergency and of course every medical emergency ends in death and of course the only person who could die of a medical emergency resulting in death at Mar-a-Lago would be Trump himself.

An unnamed producer at CBS sent Feinburg the hot tip. Trump's advisor Steven Cheung called the producer a "fucking dummy".
