At best, they could allow Brunson the right to depose, under oath, the Congressmen and Senators who forsook their Constitutional duties and voted to certify the fraudulent electors without reasonable care. And even that only once they've recessed for Thanksgiving. But simply "appointing" Trump would be such egregious judicial overreach that it will never happen.
As much as this narrative would be enjoyable, the Constitution simply doesn't allow for this. This was an attack on our sovereignty by a foreign power with many domestic collaborators. It has to be dealt with by the military. The most SCOTUS could do is mandate the named defendants be interrogated.

If the Supreme Court basically said the election was stolen, that could be the trigger for the military to step in. President is Commander.
