Yes, if the public is paying for it, the public has every right to a full report on every detail.

We pay for it just by paying them to "represent" us. That they are committing crimes while on our dime is just insulting. To then take MORE of our $$ without our knowledge to cover up said crime committed on our dime is absolutely horrible.
