TBH even if he came up with big $ they'd probably exit with a Clinton type bonfire don't you think. Perhaps a Iran style pallet of cash drop shipped to accidentally 'bleach clean' the servers on their way to Curacao to deposit funds.

Damaging any of it intentionally would be a criminal act. Deleting data is easily proven. I would say an organisation like them would have multiple backups and archives, so of which would be off site.
Would they risk a deal being called after due to this? Would an employee risk it? I don’t know to be honest.
