If he's an illegal alien, then he shouldn't be clogging up a jail cell in the U.S. using U.S. taxpayer money. Send him back to where he's from.

Not for you or me to judge that. I just want all illegal aliens out of the U.S. Starting with the ones in our federal prisons, and state and local prisons, too. And I'm still wondering why Trump didn't do that in his first term.
