I lived in Minot for about three years during my elementary school days. I clearly remembering going out into the 32*F weather in just an t-shirt, because I had been aclimitized to the cold. Heck, we even rode our bikes to school in the middle of winter because it was neat to hit a frozen patch of road and skid for fifty feet.
