Do we have a deep state medical and biotech just like we have a deep state everthing else?

So far in 2025 we have Janet Yellen leaving a disaster by finding the inflation debt with short term notes due to expire interested, and pharma whore doctors threatening multiple pandemics. Pandemics which used to be once in a century event now only happen during President Trumps administrations.
