According to this X post the purpose of the legislation is to supposedly protect children! Yet a website like Pornhub WON'T fall under the restrictions provided by (63C) of the Social Media Minimum Age Bill!
Is it "authoritarian" for parents NOT to want their children exposed to porn? You bet it is! Parents should be "authoritarian" when it comes to protecting their children.
You know, here in KS for a couple months or something now - they're fighting something about ID verification. So, here? You cant access PH. I'll admit - i have my vices and I tried. I seen something about KS is cracking down on keeping that stuff away from kids and i was like "good"
Same thing in Idaho I heard about it & looked into it just cuzz and got blocked out. I actually work in Idaho & live in Oregon go accross the border into Oregon & boom works fine.
