He sounds like an idiot …

… or maybe it’s a trick to make the vaccinated to start exploring the truth and read the information shared by „one of them”.

It’s be to stupid for him to take the vax, I’m looking for some rational explanation.

A lie is one of them. More convincing that just to believe in what he said.

Another explanation: the whole screenshot can be a lie and he never got vaccinated.

Occam's razor simply states that of any given set of explanations for an event occurring, the simplest one is most likely the correct one.
