Can someone point me to the correct place that states a duly elected President can be denied taking office in the event of nuclear war.....

There is much talk about these threats to keep Trump from taking office and I would like to know if they are true.

The reference does not exist.

To Wit: Lincoln, Truman, Johnson, Nixon, Clinton, Obama, to name a few, all transitioned during war.

It is not something they can stop, as clearly defined in the Constitution.
