Pretty sure this interview is from July. The Brunson case was denied a rehearing on Monday July 22 according to supremecourt.gov. According to this interview they were expecting a decision "Monday". Video was uploaded yesterday but no other specific dates were given in the video.

I have been following. SC ruled this week with a denial. However, as Brunson notes, that doesn't mean the case is dead. Although denied, they can act on it at any time with or without the plaintiff participating. It is indeed a huge hammer they can use, tuck in their pocket.
But hey, nothing we would like more delightful than to disqualify the Pres and VP along with 250 Rhinos and Dems in one fell-swoop. Congress will be off during holidays... only time they can be arrested.
I just think we need to pay attention to this and see how it unfolds.
According to another user this interview is from February of last year. Doesn't seem likely we'll hear much about it again, but I hope we have some closure on 2020 somehow.
