I have been following. SC ruled this week with a denial. However, as Brunson notes, that doesn't mean the case is dead. Although denied, they can act on it at any time with or without the plaintiff participating. It is indeed a huge hammer they can use, tuck in their pocket.
But hey, nothing we would like more delightful than to disqualify the Pres and VP along with 250 Rhinos and Dems in one fell-swoop. Congress will be off during holidays... only time they can be arrested.
I just think we need to pay attention to this and see how it unfolds.
According to another user this interview is from February of last year. Doesn't seem likely we'll hear much about it again, but I hope we have some closure on 2020 somehow.
The Supreme Court isn't going to wanna deal with the fallout from doing that. Roberts was scared of riots for even hearing cases with far weaker consequences.
Absolutely...When I think of this case, I see the scene from Braveheart where the English are charging...and William Wallace is yelling "HOLD...HOLD...HOLD"
