This is the quietest insanely wild transition I’m aware of.

Wanna bet about the next closest one is maybe Grant’s? Jackson’s administration was nuts, but the transition was probably pretty straightforward. McKinley’s coulda been pretty crazy, too - the 1865-1897 years vying to get control to put in or prevent the Fed.

Then they won and surely put in a 16 year plan…
