I want to know how to bring Russia to the table, to negotiate a partnership for the 21st Century that includes bases on Mars, the Moon, and probably some moons of Jupiter. I find it deeply ironic that I will reference 0bama (who I despise) in saying (to Mitt Romney) that "The 1980s called, they want their foreign policy back" or whatever he said. The point is, No More Brother Wars. We need to figure out how to live with Russia as an ally. Not an enemy. They are not Boy Scouts. Guess what ... neither are we.
