Just MHO and I'm not saying diplomatic discussions with underlings are bad, but this issue is too big to resolve without getting Trump and Putin together in a room to negotiate directly.

Putin has already met Kellogg, and Kellogg is no underling, he served under Trump during his first term. He’s a badass, is extremely intelligent, he’s part of Q.
