Get people to dump their money into a Digital Medium.Pump the assets. So it cost more and more to buy in.

Then pull the rug and zero it out.

It’ll most certainly be painful. But it would cut likely the feet out from under many of the major people/groups who could potentially cause problems during rebuilding. Violent or otherwise.
