I want a law passed where men can override an abortion and assume 100% responsibility of the child. If you want to get legal, it's 50% his DNA and should have claim to it.

That is already the law. Both the father and the mother have a say. Not too many fathers try to fight though. Any "law" passed by any legislature infringing on the fathers rights is null and void by virtue of being unconstitutional.
