Also directly available here. Ran a search for the text "friends of the Pierre Elliot Trudea Foundation will say". Searching for unique strings of text is one of the best ways to find articles, etc, sources on the web.

The snapshot put up by OP is pages 2/3 of the 2015/16 report.
